Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and work culture on employee loyalty at PT. Orisa Utama Sejahtera. Employee loyalty is a crucial factor in achieving the company's goals, where effective leadership and a positive work culture can enhance employee engagement and commitment. This study adopts a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to the entire employee population of the company. The analysis results indicate that leadership style and work culture have a significant impact on employee loyalty, both individually and simultaneously. These findings suggest that the company needs to strengthen a participative and communicative leadership style and foster a supportive work environment that values employee contributions.
