Each business sector has different market structure characteristics, ranging from perfect competition, monopolistic competition, oligopoly, to monopoly. These differences in market structure influence the behavior of business actors in determining prices, product quality, innovation, and marketing strategies. This article aims to analyze market structures in various business sectors in Indonesia and their implications for competitiveness. The method used is a literature study by reviewing various scientific sources, government reports, and national economic data. The results of the analysis show that the agricultural sector tends to approach perfect competition, the trade and micro-enterprise sectors have characteristics of monopolistic competition, while the telecommunications, automotive industry, and banking sectors exhibit an oligopoly structure. Fluctuations in the prices of basic necessities can impact people's purchasing power, traders' incomes, and production and distribution activities. Tanah Datar Regency, as a region in West Sumatra Province, faces challenges in maintaining a balance between the availability of goods, affordable prices, producer interests, and the sustainability of traders' businesses. This article aims to analyze government policies on price equalization and market control in Tanah Datar Regency. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach utilizing secondary data in the form of government policies, price information, inflation control programs, and various literature related to price stabilization and market mechanisms. The study results indicate that local governments play a strategic role through price and stock monitoring, market operations, the Affordable Food Movement, strengthening distribution, trade supervision, and coordination through the Regional Inflation Control Team. These policies serve to reduce price volatility and maintain the affordability of basic necessities. However, the effectiveness of these policies is still influenced by supply conditions, distribution costs, seasonal changes, and coordination between economic actors. Therefore, strengthening price information systems, efficient distribution, interregional cooperation, and ongoing market monitoring are necessary.
2026-09-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 Jurnal Multidisiplin Sahombuhttps://ejournal.seaninstitute.or.id/index.php/JMS/article/view/9034The Effect of Work Life Balance, Work Environment and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance Through Motivation as an Intervening Variable in the Regional Secretariat of Solok City2026-08-27T18:00:23+00:00Vina Yuniartivinayuniartisekda1@gmail.comLusiana Lusiana0006@gmail.comHanna Pratiwi0006@gmail.com
This study aims to examine the extent to which work-life balance, the work environment, and organizational culture influence employee performance, with motivation serving as an intervening variable, at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. This study aims to analyze the collaboration of parents and students in implementing effective learning strategies to support the learning independence of grade III B students at SDN 106815 Marindal 1. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study type. The research subjects included grade III B students, their parents, and class teachers. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña which includes data condensation, data presentation, and drawing and verifying conclusions. Data validity was carried out through triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study indicate that collaboration between parents and students can be realized through learning assistance, providing motivation, time management, providing a conducive learning environment, monitoring assignments, and evaluating learning activities. The learning strategies implemented include active recall, practice testing, spaced practice, learning time management, and mind mapping. The implementation of this strategy supports the development of learning independence indicators, including learning initiative, time management skills, responsibility for tasks, perseverance, self-control, and self-evaluation. Research shows that parents' roles are more effective when positioned as facilitators and companions, providing gradual support without taking over student learning responsibilities. Thus, targeted collaboration between parents and students can support the development of regular study habits, responsibility, and learning independence in elementary school students. Successful implementation of this strategy requires consistency, communication between parents and teachers, and adaptation of the strategy to the characteristics and needs of the students.
2026-10-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2026 https://ejournal.seaninstitute.or.id/index.php/JMS/article/view/9109The Effect of Medical Personnel Competence and Health Facilities on Inpatient Satisfaction Through Improving the Quality of Health Services at Sumberglagah Regional General Hospital, Mojokerto2026-10-01T09:22:54+00:00Chamariyah Chamariyah0006@gmail.comSubijanto Subijanto0006@gmail.comLucky Murniasih Fitri Ika Muheri0006@gmail.com
Lucky Murniasih Fitri Ika Muheri, 2026.
