Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders that can cause pain, limited physical activity, and decreased quality of life. In addition to pharmacological treatment, non-pharmacological therapies such as warm pad application can be used to help reduce pain intensity in patients with Low Back Pain. Methods: This study employed a case study design using a nursing care approach involving two patients with Low Back Pain, namely Tn. A and Tn. B. Data were collected through interviews, observations, physical examinations, and medical record reviews. The nursing intervention consisted of pain management through the application of a warm pad to the lower back area for 15–20 minutes daily over three consecutive days. Evaluation was conducted using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) and SOAP documentation format. Results: The evaluation results demonstrated a reduction in pain intensity in both patients. Ms. A's pain score decreased from 6 to 2, while Ms. B's pain score decreased from 5 to 2 after three days of warm pad application. In addition, both patients experienced improved comfort, reduced grimacing, and enhanced mobility. Conclusion: Warm pad application is effective in reducing pain intensity in patients with Low Back Pain and can be utilized as a non-pharmacological nursing intervention to improve patient comfort.
